    Although the exercises seem a bit out of date, 2 weeks into the program I'm already reading faster. You do have to dedicate some serious practice time though, but that goes with anything you want to be good at.

    I have used Rapid reading for over 6 months. It's fun.
    The Pro of this book is that it does not require too intense movement, but you get a great result and better energy
